What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each of our charters comes with an experienced crew, all essential safety gear, fuel costs, and basic non-alcoholic drinks. Certain services provide additional inclusion – for instance, romantic sunset trips may offer premium juices and snacks, while professional business charters may include facilities for meetings and specialized catering choices.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we suggest making reservations at least two to three weeks prior to your desired date, especially for busy seasons which run from May through September. If planning for business events or personal celebrations, securing a booking four to six weeks in advance is preferable to ensure ample selection and time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our main concern. If the captain determines that weather conditions pose a threat to safety, we will propose an alternate date for the charter or issue a complete refund. We actively track the weather and will reach out to you one day ahead of your scheduled departure if the forecast suggests potential issues.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, bringing your own food and non-alcoholic beverages is permitted. We also offer exceptional catering services and can tailor the menu according to your tastes. For safety reasons, please note that bringing glass containers aboard is not allowed.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make every effort to make sure our vessels are accessible to all guests. Some of our yachts are more equipped with accessibility features than others. Contact us to discuss specific accommodations needed, and we will advise which yacht is best suited for you and make the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours before departure, a full refund is provided. Between 24 to 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is issued. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refund is available, except in cases where the cancellation is due to inclement weather or a mechanical fault on our part.
